These 4" Round Dual Color Red and Blue LEDs are lit with 19 bright diodes, which allows the same LEDs to shine in two different colors (Red light and Blue light).
This dual 4" Round Clear Lens Stop Tail Turn and Auxiliary Light Kit is a stop turn tail light and an auxiliary light, all in one.
Using the standard 3-prong offset wire pigtails, it will light up red color and function as a round stop/turn/tail light.
The additional 180 bullet-style male plug is attached by a few inches of yellow wire to the back of the tail light, which powers the blue auxiliary light.
