PLZ MAKE SURE THE BUCKLE RIGHT!!!: If the clip is facing the wrong direction, the safety strap won't tighten properly. Simply rotate the clip, and it should function correctly.

PRE-INSTALLED NOTICE: For your convenience, some components (#6 #10 #11 #12) are pre-assembled on the crossbars or posts, and therefore will not be found separately in the box.
